“H.S.” - High Season (generally February through April, and the second half of December, weeks 5-17, 51-53) “L.S.” - Low Season (generally May through mid December, weeks 18-50) “Jan.” - January (weeks 1-4)
Our weekly rate is based on a Saturday-to-Saturday week. Based on a three night per Saturday-to-Saturday week minimum, nightly rates MAY be available. (Week 1 begins on the first Saturday in January, even if that’s the 7th.)
Availability varies greatly from week to week.
Add Florida and Sarasota County sales tax of 11%.

Large Penthouse 4th floor. Two large bedrooms, two and a half baths, an extremely spacious living room with two sofa beds, and a fully furnished kitchen. Sleeps 8 people, and has a balcony with a view of our courtyard and the Gulf of Mexico!
